Kilimanjaro Marangu Day Trip

Depart from Moshi at 8:00 Am and transfer to Marangu gate (Approximately 1 hr drive). Upon arrival necessary registration and paper work will be done and you will proceed for a hike with our guide. The hike will take you through a montane rainforest from an elevation of 2,720m to 3,720m amsl. The forest is rich with vegetation and if you are lucky you can spot the colobus monkeys found here. After almost two hours we break for lunch at Kisambioni picnic point and proceed to Mandara hut. You can choose to extend your hike to Maundi crater and then hike back to Marangu gate. Transfer to Moshi Town.
